Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse
Perfect dessert for St. Patrick’s Day
- 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 Cup Irish Cream
Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl and heat 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time, until melted
Mix whipping cream until forms soft peaks
Add vanilla and Irish Cream to whipping cream
Slowly add melted chocolate to cream and mix until soft peaks form
Place in dessert dishes and serve right away or refrigerate
*optional* top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
