Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse

Perfect dessert for St. Patrick’s Day

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup Irish Cream

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl and heat 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time, until melted
  • Mix whipping cream until forms soft peaks
  • Add vanilla and Irish Cream to whipping cream
  • Slowly add melted chocolate to cream and mix until soft peaks form
  • Place in dessert dishes and serve right away or refrigerate
  • *optional* top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
