Looking for a cute and easy way to display candy or treats? These simple mason jar candy pedestals take just a few minutes and add height and elegance to any candy or dessert display! You just need a few items that you probably already have at home.

Mason jars can be used for a ton of projects. I had these two sizes on hand and I think the size variation will work great for our candy jars!

Next, you’ll need candlestick or pillar holders. My mom picked these glass candlestick holders up for me some time ago at the Goodwill for just a couple of dollars. Now I have found a great way to use them! You can paint the pedestals if you’d like. I chose to leave mine clear so that I can use them over and over for all sorts of occasions.

To glue the mason jar to your pedestal, you’ll want to use E6000 glue. You can find small tubes like this or larger ones at your local craft store.

Add a circle of glue to the bottom of the jar and place it on the top of the pedestal. You can slide it to get it centered and then leave it to dry for at least an hour.

Here is the finished product! Aren’t they pretty and elegant?! They are ready to be filled with sweets and goodies!

There are tons of possibilities! You could use jelly beans, candy hearts, or any color scheme for the occasion you’re creating. I filled my candy jars with pretty pink, yellow, and white meringues. Perfect for spring! I love the way these candy pedestals turned out and I can’t wait to use them for my next party!
