It’s time to take down the Easter decorations, but what to put in it’s place?! I love using orange! A bright shade definitely brings the feeling of warm weather and it’s such a sunny, happy color!

I started with this beautiful platter stand. I saw this at Tuesday Morning and I had to have it! I love that it has the bright white porcelain platter with the rustic wooden stand. I added varying shades of orange in different textures. I used the pretty peony in a spring centerpiece idea as well. The dainty tea light adds a bit of vintage bronze to the overall look.

I used a couple of small cake stands of different heights to add to the look of the spring buffet. I love cake stands! I cannot pass them by when I see them in a store. Home Goods and Tuesday Morning always have beautiful choices in different sizes. They are simple and elegant and elevate your décor. In a previous post, where I made a spring tiered tray, I talked about using the decorative balls to add depth to the overall look. Here I added natural pieces of potpourri that remind me of the beach.

I love the way this looks on the buffet. I flanked the ends with tall pieces that bring in additional shades of orange, gold, and metal. The colors feel warm and bright like the season.
